When will I receive my order?

Our processing usually takes about 5-10 days (depending on how overwhelmed we are in orders). 

How can I edit my order after it's been placed?

Our outliners and digitizers go straight to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, so images cannot be edited after your order is in our system. If there was an error in your order confirmation, please let us know as soon as you can. Our email is happylovecustoms@gmail.com.

Do you only draw couples?

What sizes do you offer?

Our sizes only go up to XL for sweatshirts, hoodies and T Shirts! We are working in the future to have a more variety of sizes.❤️

What are the sweatshirts and hoodies made out of?

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made out of 50% cotton 50% polyester! They are unisex fit and they don't run too small or too large!

Can I see the design and outline before it's made?

Because we are currently highly overwhelmed with orders, we are unable to send out outline previews. We are working tirelessly to provide the best experince for our customers and bring this option back. ❤️

Can I cancel after an order is placed?

Due to all orders being personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations but we will make sure that you are satisfied with your order! 😊❤️
